*We are not responsible for any fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.
+ RETURN POLICY
E11 LDN offers returns on all full price merchandise for UK customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact customercare@e11ldn.com.
All items must be in new condition with all original tags attached and packaging that the items came in, i.e. boxes, lingerie bags, and poly bags. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and void of any alterations. If the items do not meet all of these conditions upon return, we are unable to refund the returned items. E11 LDN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be fully processed. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any damage and begin the refund process immediately. You will receive a notification by email that we started the refund process.
If you have placed an international order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, including duties and taxes.
+ EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style purchased. In order to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original items for a full refund and place a new order.
